THE CHEF

Welcome to my page! I am Francesca Allegra, born and raised in Catania where the sun kisses the land 300 days a year. In Sicily, food culture has always been a must and that's why I approached it from a very young age. 

Memories, meetings, flavours, everything that led me on my journey into the world of cooking. Took my very first steps with my grandmother and mother, I watched with admiration as they prepared traditional dishes, all with immense dedication. You can find some of those pearls in my menu. 

I‘ve been employed in the restaurant industry in the multiethnic city of London for years, learning about every aspect of it, ending up specialise in Japanese cuisine where my curiosity led me to learn more about that country's culinary culture.

I worked together with sushi masters, learning the art of cutting, preparing and presenting sushi.
